Ingredients

2 cups shredded green cabbage

1 cup shredded red cabbage

1 cup chopped cilantro

12 cup sliced red bell pepper

6 sliced green onions, tops included

2 tsp olive oil

13 cup rice vinegar

2 tbsp lime juice

5 tsp sugar

3 tbsp dry roasted peanuts, unsalted

Directions

1. In a large bowl combine the cabbage, cilantro, pepper, and onions.

2. In a small bowl combine and mix the olive oil, vinegar, lime juice, and sugar.

3. Add the dressing mixture and peanuts to the cabbage mixture and mix well.
