Ingredients

3 tbsp balsamic vinegar

2 tbsp olive oil

2 tbsp honey mustard

3 tbsp water

1 tsp salt-free Mrs. Dash† Lemon Pepper Seasoning Blend

1 tbsp dried parsley

14 tsp salt

1 lb beef sirloin steak, cut into 1 12-inch pieces

1 cup onions, cut into wedges

2 cups zucchini, cut into 12-inch slices

2 cups button mushrooms

1 cup red bell pepper, cut into 1 12-inch pieces

8 skewers

Nonstick cooking spray

1 cup brown rice, cooked according to directions without salt or fat

Directions

1. In a large bowl combine vinegar, olive oil, mustard, water, salt-free seasoning, parsley, and salt. Mix well.

2. Add beef, onions, zucchini, mushrooms, and peppers. Toss lightly to coat thoroughly.

3. Alternate beef and vegetables on skewers.

4. Spray a broiler pan rack with nonstick cooking spray. Place skewers on rack and brush with any leftover olive oil mixture.

5. Broil 4 to 5 inches from the heat source for 8 to 12 minutes. Turn often.

6. Serve with hot rice.
