Ingredients

1 avocado, diced

2 tomatoes, diced

14 cup diced red onion

2 tbsp lime juice

14 cup salsa

12 tsp salt-free Mrs. Dash† Lemon Pepper Seasoning Blend

12 cup chopped cilantro

1 (15-oz) can low-sodium black beans, drained and mashed

14 cup finely chopped onion

14 cup finely chopped green bell pepper

2 tsp chili powder

1 tsp cumin

Dash red pepper flakes

1 tsp garlic powder

2 tsp onion powder

14 tsp salt

12 tsp oregano

2 cups frozen, burger-style vegetable protein crumbles, thawed

Nonstick cooking spray

2 tsp olive oil

1 cup mango slices

1 cup brown rice, cooked according to directions without salt or fat

Directions

1. In a large bowl, combine the avocado, tomatoes, onion, lime juice, salsa, salt-free seasoning, and cilantro. Set aside.

2. In another large bowl, combine the mashed black beans, onion, bell pepper, chili powder, cumin, pepper flakes, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, oregano, and protein crumbles. Mix well. Form into 12 small patties. Set aside.
