1. In a large bowl, combine the avocado, tomatoes, onion, lime juice, salsa, salt-free seasoning, and cilantro. Set aside.
2. In another large bowl, combine the mashed black beans, onion, bell pepper, chili powder, cumin, pepper flakes, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, oregano, and protein crumbles. Mix well. Form into 12 small patties. Set aside.
3. Spray a large skillet with nonstick cooking spray. Place the skillet over medium-high heat and add olive oil. When oil is hot, add half the patties and cook 2 to 5 minutes on each side. Repeat with remaining patties.
4. Add mango to prepared avocado salsa. Serve salsa over patties with hot brown rice.
