1. In a small bowl, combine lemon juice, lemon zest, sugar, mayonnaise, sour cream, dill, and cucumber. Mix well and set aside.
2. Spray broiler pan with nonstick cooking spray. Place fillets in the pan and sprinkle with salt-free seasoning on each side.
3. Broil 5 minutes per side, 5 to 6 inches from the heat source.
4. Serve salmon topped with lemon-dill sauce and hot quinoa.
