Ingredients

Recipe for Mixed Green Salad

2 tbsp olive oil

2 garlic cloves, minced

2 tsp oregano

2 tsp dried basil

1 tsp onion powder

1 tsp salt-free Mrs. Dash† Lemon Pepper Seasoning Blend

2 tbsp lemon juice

1 tsp lemon zest

4 (1 lb) tuna steaks

Nonstick cooking spray

12 cup crumbled feta cheese

2 tomatoes, chopped

14 cup chopped fresh basil

Directions

1. Prepare Mixed Green Salad recipe according to directions.

2. In a small bowl, combine olive oil, garlic, oregano, dried basil, onion powder, salt-free seasoning, lemon juice, and lemon zest. Set aside.

3. Place tuna steaks in a shallow dish and pour olive oil mixture over them. Cover and marinate for 30 minutes.

4. Place tuna steaks on a broiler pan that has been sprayed with nonstick cooking spray. Broil 3 minutes on each side or until tuna is opaque in color and flakes easily with a fork.

5. Serve tuna steaks with mixed green salad and top with cheese, tomatoes, and basil.
