Ingredients

1 12 cups shredded carrots

1 chopped apple

14 cup chopped celery

5 tbsp raisins

1 tbsp lemon juice

12 cup nonfat plain yogurt

1 tbsp honey

Directions

1. In a large bowl combine the carrots, apple, celery, raisins, and lemon juice.

2. In a small bowl mix the yogurt and honey.

3. Add the yogurt dressing to the carrot mixture and mix well.
