1. Spray a large pot or saucepan with nonstick cooking spray. Place it over medium-high heat and add olive oil. When oil is hot, add onion, celery, bell pepper, and mushrooms. Sauté 2 minutes.
2. Add broth, water, wild rice, potatoes, carrots, garbanzo beans, thyme, basil, mustard powder, salt-free seasoning, salt, and chicken pieces.
3. Bring to a boil. Cover. Reduce heat to low and simmer for 45 minutes.
4. Add peas and cook 5 minutes longer.
