1. In a small saucepan, combine honey, cocoa powder, and vanilla. Place over medium-high heat and stir with a wire whisk for 1 minute or until smooth. Remove from heat and set aside.
2. In a blender, combine cocoa mixture and tofu. Blend 15 to 30 seconds or until smooth.
3. Spoon mixture into 6 individual 6-oz custard cups or small bowls. Place in refrigerator and chill for 45 minutes.
4. To serve, top with sliced strawberries.
