Ingredients

Nonstick cooking spray

2 tsp canola oil

1 lb chicken breasts, boneless, skinless, cut into 1-inch pieces

4 cups asparagus, cut into 1-inch pieces

12 cup water

1 cup low-sodium chicken broth

3 tbsp flour

1 tsp lemon juice

1 tsp lemon zest

12 tsp salt-free Mrs. Dash† Lemon Pepper Seasoning Blend

12 tsp salt

12 cup low-fat sour cream

8 oz angel-hair pasta, cooked according to directions without salt or fat

2 tbsp chopped fresh parsley

Directions

1. Spray a large skillet with nonstick cooking spray. Place the skillet over medium-high heat and add canola oil. When oil is hot, add chicken pieces and cook 4 to 5 minutes or until cooked through. Remove from skillet. Set aside and keep warm.

2. Add asparagus pieces and water to the skillet. Bring to a boil. Cover. Reduce heat slightly and cook 3 to 4 minutes or until asparagus is just tender.

3. Meanwhile, in a small bowl, combine broth, flour, lemon juice, lemon zest, salt-free seasoning, and salt. Add to the skillet along with the sour cream and cooked chicken pieces. Stir 1 to 2 minutes until thickened and heated through.

4. Serve chicken mixture over hot pasta and top with parsley.
