Preheat oven to 400°F.
1. Spray a 9 x 13 baking dish with nonstick cooking spray. Place cod fillets in the dish. Set aside.
2. In a small bowl, combine sour cream, mayonnaise, flour, lemon juice, dill, salt, and salt-free seasoning. Mix well. Spread evenly over fillets.
3. Bake uncovered for 12 to 14 minutes or until fish flakes easily with a fork.
4. Serve baked cod with sauce over hot pasta.
