Ingredients

Nonstick cooking spray

2 tsp canola oil

1 lb boneless, lean pork chops, 12-inch thick

34 cup thinly sliced onion

34 cup low-fat sour cream

1 tsp Worcestershire sauce

12 tsp poultry seasoning

14 tsp salt

1 tbsp flour

12 cup water

14 cup white cooking wine

8 oz spinach fettuccine pasta, cooked according to directions without salt or fat

2 tbsp chopped fresh parsley

Directions

Preheat oven to 350°F.

1. Spray a large skillet with nonstick cooking spray. Place the skillet over medium-high heat and add canola oil. When hot, add pork chops. Cook 4 to 5 minutes on each side to brown.

2. Spray a medium-size baking dish with nonstick cooking spray.Transfer pork chops to baking dish.

3. Place onion slices on top of pork chops. Set aside.

4. In a small bowl combine the sour cream, Worcestershire sauce, poultry seasoning, salt, and flour. Set aside.

5. Return skillet to medium-high heat and add the water and wine. Bring to a boil and add sour cream/flour mixture. Stir for 1 minute. Pour over pork chops.

6. Bake uncovered for 30 minutes. Serve over pasta and top with parsley.
