Ingredients

1 cup low-fat vanilla yogurt

2 tbsp honey

2 tsp lime juice

12 tsp lime zest

2 kiwi fruits, peeled, cut into

1 banana, sliced

2 cups sliced fresh or frozen strawberries

2 oranges, peeled and sliced into pieces

3 papayas, seeds removed, cut in half lengthwise

14 cup fresh mint leaves

Directions

1. In a small bowl, combine yogurt, honey, lime juice, and lime zest. Mix well. Set aside.

2. In a large bowl combine kiwi, banana, strawberries, and oranges. Mix well.

3. To serve, place 6 papaya halves on dessert plates and fill with fruit mixture. Spoon yogurt sauce over fruit and garnish with mint leaves.

Makes 6 servings.
