Ingredients

3 cups fresh spinach leaves

1 cup salad greens

1 cup thinly sliced cucumber

1 cup shredded carrots

12 cup sliced celery

2 sliced tomatoes

2 tbsp thinly sliced red onion

Directions

1. Divide spinach leaves and salad greens evenly and place on 4 salad plates.
