Ingredients

Nonstick cooking spray

34 lb ground beef (10% fat)

4 minced garlic cloves

12 cup chopped onion

12 cup chopped celery

2 tsp onion powder

1 tsp garlic powder

1 tbsp oregano

1 tbsp basil

14 tsp salt

1 (6-oz) can tomato paste, no salt added

1 (14 12-oz) can Italian style stewed tomatoes

1 12 cups water

8 oz whole-wheat spaghetti pasta, cooked according to directions without salt or fat

Directions

1. Spray a large skillet with nonstick cooking spray. Place the skillet over medium-high heat and add ground beef, garlic, onion, and celery. Stir and cook 6 to 8 minutes or until beef is cooked through.

2. Add onion powder, garlic powder, oregano, basil, salt, tomato paste, stewed tomatoes, and water. Mix well.

3. Reduce heat. Cover. Simmer for 5 minutes.

4. Serve over hot pasta.
