Ingredients

Recipe for Seasoned Mashed Potatoes

1 lb ground turkey breast

1 cup oatmeal

34 cup finely chopped onion

8 minced garlic cloves

34 cup chopped red bell pepper

1 cup shredded zucchini

12 cup crumbled feta cheese

2 tsp garlic powder

1 tsp onion powder

1 tsp salt-free Mrs. Dash† Lemon Pepper Seasoning Blend

Nonstick cooking spray

Directions

1. Prepare Seasoned Mashed Potatoes recipe according to directions.

2. Meanwhile, in a large bowl combine the turkey, oatmeal, onion, garlic, pepper, zucchini, cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, and salt-free seasoning. Mix well and shape into 4 patties.

3. Spray a broiler pan that with nonstick cooking spray. Place patties on pan and broil 5 to 6 inches from the heat source for 5 minutes on each side. (Or cook patties on the barbeque or in a skillet that has been sprayed with nonstick cooking spray.)

4. Serve turkey patties with seasoned mashed potatoes.
