1 cup dry oatmeal

34 cup finely chopped onion

1 cup shredded zucchini

12 cup crumbled feta cheese

1 tsp garlic powder

1 tsp onion powder

1 tsp salt-free Mrs. Dash† Original Blend Seasoning

Nonstick cooking spray

4 whole-grain pocket pitas (6 inches across), sliced in half

1 12 cups nonfat plain yogurt

4 tbsp chopped fresh mint

2 sliced tomatoes

12 cup sliced red onion
