Ingredients

1 tbsp olive oil

1 tbsp red wine vinegar

12 tsp salt-free Mrs. Dash† Lemon Pepper Seasoning Blend

1 tsp lemon juice

1 tsp lemon zest

1 tsp sugar

1 tsp oregano

4 green onions, sliced, tops included

2 tomatoes, divided (1 chopped and 1 sliced)

2 cups cucumber, divided (1 chopped and 1 sliced)

1 (13 34-oz) can artichoke hearts, waterpacked, cut into small pieces

2 tbsp crumbled feta cheese

14 cup sliced black olives

4 cups salad greens

Directions

1. In a small bowl, combine olive oil, vinegar, salt-free seasoning, lemon juice, lemon zest, sugar, and oregano. Mix well and set aside.

2. In a large bowl, combine onions, 1 chopped tomato, 1 chopped cucumber, artichoke heart pieces, cheese, olives, and dressing mixture. Mix well.

3. Divide salad greens onto salad plates and top each with vegetable mixture. Garnish with remaining sliced tomato and sliced cucumber.
