1. Add oil and popcorn kernels to large pot and cover. Heat pot to medium-high and lightly shake pot to disperse kernels and coat in oil. Once popping noise has subsided (approximately 5 minutes), turn off heat and carefully remove lid.
2. While still warm, add Italian seasoning, salt, garlic powder, and Parmesan cheese. Stir to disperse seasoning amongst kernels, and/or replace lid and carefully shake pot to evenly coat popcorn with seasonings. Serve warm.
