Ingredients

2 cups chopped fresh broccoli

1 garlic clove

12 cup walnuts

2 tbsp olive oil

1 tsp salt-free Mrs. Dash† Lemon Pepper Seasoning Blend

14 tsp salt

1 tbsp lemon juice

2 tsp lemon zest

12 cup Parmesan cheese, divided

1 (13 34-oz) can artichoke hearts, water packed, sliced, undrained

10 cherry tomatoes, sliced in half

8 oz bowtie pasta, cooked according to directions without salt or fat

Directions

1. To make the pesto, combine broccoli, garlic, walnuts, olive oil, salt-free seasoning, salt, lemon juice, lemon zest, and 14 cup cheese in a food processor. Process about 1 minute until smooth. Set aside.

2. In a large skillet, over medium-high heat, add broccoli pesto and the undrained can of sliced artichoke hearts. Stir and cook 1 to 2 minutes to heat through.

3. In a large bowl, combine hot cooked bowtie pasta, broccoli pesto mixture, and cherry tomatoes. Toss to mix well.

4. Top each serving with remaining cheese.
