1. Heat oven to 400 degrees F.
2. Season fillets with salt and pepper.
3. Spread 11⁄2 tsp pesto evenly over each fish fillet. Bake in oven for approximately 15 minutes (depending on thickness of fillets), until fish is no longer translucent and flakes easily with a fork. Let rest for 5 minutes before serving. Serve with lemon wedges.
