Ingredients

Recipe for Seasoned Mashed Potatoes

1 14 cups nonfat or 1% milk

2 12 tbsp flour

14 tsp poultry seasoning

14 tsp pepper

12 tsp dried parsley

14 tsp salt

Nonstick cooking spray

1 lb boneless, lean pork loin chops, 12-inch thick

14 cup chopped fresh parsley

Directions

1. Prepare Seasoned Mashed Potatoes recipe according to directions.

2. In a large bowl, combine milk, flour, poultry seasoning, pepper, dried parsley, and salt. Mix well. Set aside.

3. Spray a large skillet with nonstick cooking spray. Place the skillet over medium-high heat and add pork chops. Cook 3 to 4 minutes on each side. Transfer to a plate. Set aside.

4. Add milk mixture to the skillet and stir with a wire whisk for 2 minutes until mixture starts to thicken.

5. Add pork chops back to skillet. Cover. Reduce heat to low and cook 5 to 6 minutes or until gravy is thickened and pork is cooked through.

6. Top pork chops and gravy with fresh parsley and serve with seasoned mashed potatoes.
