Ingredients

Recipe for Wild Rice Salad

8 garlic cloves

2 tbsp olive oil

12 tsp salt-free Mrs. Dash† Lemon Pepper Seasoning Blend

14 tsp salt

2 tbsp low-fat mayonnaise

2 tbsp chopped fresh parsley

Nonstick cooking spray

1 lb (four 4-oz) chicken breasts, boneless, skinless

1 tbsp orange zest

Directions

1. Prepare Wild Rice Salad recipe according to directions.

2. In a food processor, combine the garlic cloves, olive oil, salt-free seasoning, salt, mayonnaise, and parsley. Process about 30 seconds or until smooth. Set aside.

3. Spray a medium-size baking dish with nonstick cooking spray. Place chicken breasts in the dish. Spread garlic mixture on both sides of chicken and marinate for 15 minutes.

4. Sprinkle chicken breasts with orange zest and bake uncovered for 30 minutes or until chicken is cooked through. Serve with wild rice salad.
