Ingredients

1 lb ground turkey breast

1 cup dry oatmeal

34 cup finely chopped onion

34 cup finely chopped red bell pepper

1 cup shredded zucchini

2 tbsp tomato catsup

1 tsp oregano

1 tbsp dried parsley

1 tsp onion powder

1 tsp garlic powder

1 tsp salt-free Mrs. Dash† Original Blend Seasoning

Nonstick cooking spray

4 whole-wheat hamburger buns

4 tbsp low-fat mayonnaise

2 sliced tomatoes

13 cup sliced red onion

4 lettuce leaves

Directions

1. In a large bowl combine the turkey, oatmeal, onion, pepper, zucchini, tomato catsup, oregano, parsley, onion powder, garlic powder, and salt-free seasoning. Mix well and shape into 4 burger patties.

2. Spray a broiler pan with nonstick cooking spray. Place burger patties on broiler pan. Broil 5 to 6 inches from the heat source for 5 minutes on each side. (Or cook burgers on the barbeque or in a skillet that has been sprayed with nonstick cooking spray.)

3. Serve patties with hamburger buns and top with mayonnaise, tomatoes, red onion, and lettuce leaves.
