Ingredients

6 cups russet potatoes, peeled, cut into 1-inch pieces

12 cup reduced-sodium chicken broth

14 cup nonfat or 1% milk

14 tsp salt

12 tsp salt-free Mrs. Dash† Original Blend Seasoning

14 cup low-fat sour cream

14 cup chopped fresh parsley

Directions

1. In a large saucepan combine the potato pieces and just enough water to cover them.

2. Bring to a boil. Cover. Reduce heat and simmer for 12 to 15 minutes or until potatoes are tender.

3. Drain the water and add chicken broth, milk, salt, and salt-free seasoning.

4. Mash with a potato masher until creamy and smooth.

5. Top each serving with low-fat sour cream and parsley.
