Ingredients

2 lbs Brussels sprouts, outside leaves removed and sliced in half

12 tsp salt

14 tsp pepper

1 TBS olive oil

Directions

1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.

2. Toss Brussels sprout halves in large mixing boil with oil, salt, and pepper.

3. Line roasting pan with aluminum foil and arrange sprouts in single layer.

4. Roast in oven for approximately 1 hour, until golden brown, caramelized, and slightly crispy.
