Ingredients

Nonstick cooking spray

34 lb ground beef (10% fat)

4 garlic cloves, minced

1 cup chopped onion

1 12 cups frozen lima beans, thawed

2 cups frozen green beans, thawed

1 12 cups frozen, whole-kernel corn

1 tsp onion powder

1 tsp garlic powder

14 tsp pepper

12 tsp salt

1 (14 12-oz) can stewed, sliced tomatoes, no salt added

1 tbsp flour

12 cup water

1 cup brown rice, cooked according to directions without salt or fat

Directions

1. Spray a large skillet with nonstick cooking spray. Place the skillet over medium-high heat and add ground beef, garlic, and onions. Cook 6 to 8 minutes or until cooked through.

2. Add lima beans, green beans, corn, onion powder, garlic powder, pepper, salt, and tomatoes.

3. Mix the flour with the water and add to the skillet. Bring to a boil. Cover. Reduce heat to simmer and cook 20 minutes.

4. Serve over hot brown rice.
