1. Spray a large skillet with nonstick cooking spray. Place the skillet over medium-high heat and add canola oil. When hot, add onion, garlic, and ground beef. Stir and cook for 5 to 6 minutes or until beef is cooked through.
2. Add chopped zucchini, onion powder, garlic powder, oregano, salt, salt-free seasoning, and diced tomatoes. Cover. Cook 4 to 5 minutes until zucchini is tender.
3. In a small bowl combine milk and cornstarch and add to the skillet. Stir 2 minutes to thicken mixture.
4. Stir in cooked pasta and mix well. Cover. Reduce heat to low. Cook 5 minutes. Top with cheese.
