Ingredients

4 lettuce leaves

14 cup low-fat vanilla yogurt

1 tsp lemon juice

2 tsp honey

2 cups cantaloupe, thinly sliced

1 12 cups honeydew melon, thinly sliced

2 cups watermelon, thinly sliced

14 cup fresh mint leaves

Directions

1. Place lettuce leaves on 4 salad plates. Set aside.

2. In a small bowl, combine yogurt, lemon juice, and honey. Mix well. Set aside.

3. Divide cantaloupe, honeydew, and watermelon slices evenly on top of the lettuce leaves.

4. Drizzle a small amount of yogurt sauce over melon slices. Garnish with mint and serve.
