1. In a large bowl combine the turkey, oatmeal, onion, pepper, zucchini, chili powder, cumin, onion powder, and salt-free seasoning. Mix well and shape into 4 burger patties.
2. Spray a broiler pan with nonstick cooking spray. Place the patties on the pan. Broil 5 to 6 inches from heat source for 5 minutes on each side. (Or cook burgers on the barbeque or in a skillet that has been sprayed with nonstick cooking spray.)
3. Serve with hamburger buns and top with salsa, tomatoes, red onion, and lettuce leaves.
