Ingredients

Nonstick cooking spray

4 cups or one recipe of Marinara Sauce

34 lb ground beef (10% fat)

2 cups finely chopped mushrooms

14 cup seasoned bread crumbs

1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce

14 cup finely chopped onion

14 tsp garlic powder

12 tsp thyme

12 tsp salt-free Mrs. Dash† Original Blend seasoning

8 oz spaghetti pasta, cooked according to directions without salt or fat

14 cup chopped fresh parsley

Directions

Preheat broiler.

1. Spray a broiler pan rack with nonstick cooking spray. Set aside.

2. Prepare Marinara Sauce recipe according to directions. Heat in saucepan and keep warm.

3. Combine in a large bowl the ground beef, mushrooms, bread crumbs, Worcestershire sauce, onion, garlic powder, thyme, and salt-free seasoning. Mix well.

4. Shape meat mixture into 16 small meatballs. Arrange meatballs on prepared broiler-pan rack. Broil 5 to 6 inches from the heat source for 6 to 8 minutes, or until meatballs are no longer pink in the center.

5. Serve meatballs over hot pasta and top with hot marinara sauce. Sprinkle with parsley.
