Ingredients

1 tbsp lemon zest

14 cup lemon juice

1 tsp sugar

2 tbsp low-fat mayonnaise

14 cup low-fat sour cream

1 tsp dill

24 cherry tomatoes, sliced in half

6 sliced green onions, tops included

3 cups peeled, diced cucumbers

Directions

1. In a small bowl combine and mix the lemon zest, lemon juice, sugar, mayonnaise, sour cream, and dill.

2. In a large bowl combine the tomatoes, onions, and cucumbers.

3. Add dressing to tomato mixture and mix well.
