Ingredients

Recipe for Wild Rice Salad

2 tbsp lemon juice

2 tbsp red wine vinegar

2 12 tbsp olive oil

14 cup finely minced onion

14 cup chopped fresh parsley

1 tsp salt-free Mrs. Dash† Lemon Pepper Seasoning Blend

12 tsp paprika

1 lb tuna steaks, cut into 1-inch pieces

2 cups button mushrooms

1 cup green bell pepper, cut into

1-inch pieces

1 cup red bell pepper, cut into

1-inch pieces

8 cherry tomatoes

Eight 10-inch or 12-inch skewers

Nonstick cooking spray

Directions

1. Prepare Wild Rice Salad recipe according to directions.

2. In a large bowl, combine lemon juice, vinegar, olive oil, onion, parsley, salt-free seasoning, and paprika. Mix well.

3. Add tuna pieces and toss to coat. Set aside to marinate for 15 minutes.

4. Thread tuna, mushrooms, bell peppers, and tomatoes alternately on skewers.

5. Spray a broiler pan rack with nonstick cooking spray and place skewers on rack.

6. Broil 4 to 5 inches from the heat source for 3 minutes per side. Serve tuna kabobs with wild rice salad.
