Ingredients

2 oz whole-wheat macaroni pasta, cooked according to directions without salt or fat

1 tbsp olive oil

1 tbsp red wine vinegar

2 tsp Dijon mustard

12 tsp salt-free Mrs. Dash† Lemon Pepper Seasoning Blend

1 tsp sugar

1 tbsp chopped fresh parsley

2 sliced green onions, sliced, tops included

14 cup sliced black olives

12 cup chopped red bell pepper

1 cup chopped cucumber

Directions

1. Cook pasta and run under cold water. Drain well. Set aside.

2. In a small bowl, combine olive oil, vinegar, mustard, salt-free seasoning, and sugar. Set aside.

3. In a large bowl, combine cooked pasta, parsley, onion, olives, bell pepper, and cucumber. Add the prepared dressing and mix well.
