Baked Honey Mustard Halibut

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F.
  2. Prepare Seasoned Mashed Potato recipe according to directions.
  3. Meanwhile, spray a medium-size baking dish with nonstick cooking spray. Place halibut fillets close together in the baking dish. Set aside.
  4. In a small bowl combine the honey mustard, mayonnaise, sugar, vinegar, and onions. Spoon over the halibut fillets.
  5. Cover the baking dish and bake 25 to 30 minutes or until fish flakes easily with a fork.
  6. Serve halibut fillets with seasoned mashed potatoes.
  7. Makes 4 servings.
