Baked Spaghetti With Marinara

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F.
  2. Prepare Marinara Sauce recipe according to directions.
  3. Cook spaghetti according to directions and drain well. Set aside.
  4. Spray a large skillet with nonstick cooking spray. Place the skillet over medium-high heat and add olive oil. When oil is hot, add garlic and onions. Sauté 1 to 2 minutes. Remove from heat.
  5. In a large bowl, combine the cooked spaghetti, garlic and onions, oregano, basil, onion powder, garlic powder, Parmesan cheese, and egg substitute. Mix well. Spray a deep-dish pie plate with nonstick cooking spray. Transfer the mixture to the pie plate.
  6. Top mixture with 1/4 cup mozzarella cheese. Bake for 25 minutes. Cut into 4 portions and spoon marinara sauce over each serving.
  7. Top with parsley and remaining cheese.
  8. Makes 4 servings.
