  1. Spray a large skillet with nonstick cooking spray. Place the skillet over medium-high heat and add ground beef, onion, and peppers. Cook 5 to 8 minutes or until meat is cooked through.
  2. Add corn and cook 2 to 3 minutes. Add beans, onion powder, chili powder, and salt. Stir and cook 2 to 3 minutes to heat through.
  3. Fill the taco shells with the beef mixture and top with tomatoes, cheese, salsa, and lettuce. Add carrot sticks on the side.
  4. Makes 4 servings.
