  1. In a small bowl combine the sour cream, milk, flour, onion powder, salt, and Worcestershire sauce. Mix well. Set aside.
  2. Spray a large skillet with nonstick cooking spray. Place the skillet over medium-high heat and add 1/2 tbsp canola oil. When hot, add beef strips. Cook 4 to 6 minutes or until cooked through. Remove from the skillet. Set aside and keep warm.
  3. Add remaining 1/2 tbsp canola oil to the skillet. When hot, add green onions and mushrooms. Sauté for 2 to 3 minutes. Add wine and water. Bring to a boil.
  4. Add sour cream mixture and cooked beef strips to the skillet. Stir and cook 3 to 4 minutes to heat through. Serve over hot pasta.
  5. Makes 4 servings.
