Broiled Tuna With Herbs and Feta

  1. In a small bowl, combine olive oil, garlic, oregano, dried basil, onion powder, salt-free seasoning, lemon juice, and lemon zest. Set aside.
  2. Place tuna steaks in a shallow dish and pour olive oil mixture over them. Cover and marinate for 30 minutes.
  3. Place tuna steaks on a broiler pan that has been sprayed with nonstick cooking spray. Broil 3 minutes on each side or until tuna is opaque in color and flakes easily with a fork.
  4. Serve tuna steaks with hot brown rice and top with cheese, tomatoes, and basil.
  5. Makes 4 servings.
