Creamed Spinach Over Fettuccine

  1. Spray a large skillet with nonstick cooking spray. Place the skillet over medium-high heat and add olive oil. When hot, add the garlic and onion and sauté for 2 to 3 minutes.
  2. Add the spinach to the skillet and stir for 2 minutes to heat through.
  3. In a small bowl combine the milk, flour, salt-free seasoning, and onion powder. Mix well and add to the skillet.
  4. Stir and cook for 4 to 5 minutes or until mixture has thickened.
  5. Add the cream cheese and stir 3 to 4 minutes until melted and mixture is heated through.
  6. Serve over fettuccine.
  7. Makes 4 servings.
