  1. Preheat oven to 375°F.
  2. In a large bowl, combine milk, flour, parsley, salt, and salt-free seasoning. Mix well. Set aside.
  3. Spray a large skillet with nonstick cooking spray. Place the skillet over medium-high heat and add olive oil. When oil is hot, add onion and bell pepper. Sauté 1 minute.
  4. Add milk mixture to the skillet and stir with a wire whisk for 2 to 4 minutes until thickened. Remove from heat.
  5. In a large bowl, combine flaked tuna, hot cooked pasta and prepared cream sauce. Mix well. Spray an 8 x 8 baking dish with nonstick cooking spray. Pour the tuna mixture into the dish.
  6. Top with tomatoes and sprinkle with cheese. Bake 20 to 25 minutes.
  7. Makes 4 servings.
