Creamy Pork Chops Over Spinach Fettuccine

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F.
  2. Spray a large skillet with nonstick cooking spray. Place the skillet over medium-high heat and add canola oil. When hot, add pork chops. Cook 4 to 5 minutes on each side to brown.
  3. Spray a medium-size baking dish with nonstick cooking spray. Transfer pork chops to baking dish.
  4. Place onion slices on top of pork chops. Set aside.
  5. In a small bowl combine the sour cream, Worcestershire sauce, poultry seasoning, salt, and flour. Set aside.
  6. Return skillet to medium-high heat and add the water and wine. Bring to a boil and add sour cream/flour mixture. Stir for 1 minute. Pour over pork chops.
  7. Bake uncovered for 30 minutes. Serve over pasta and top with parsley.
  8. Makes 4 servings.
