Greek Turkey Patties In Pita Pockets

  1. In a large bowl combine the turkey, oatmeal, onion, zucchini, feta cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, and salt-free seasoning. Mix well and form into 8 small patties.
  2. Spray a broiler pan with nonstick cooking spray. Place patties on broiler pan and broil 5 to 6 inches from the heat source for 5 minutes on each side. (Patties may be cooked on the barbeque or in a skillet that has been sprayed with nonstick cooking spray.)
  3. Serve each in a pita pocket and add nonfat plain yogurt, fresh mint, tomatoes, red onion, and shredded carrots.
  4. Makes 4 servings.
