Lemon-broccoli Pesto With Bowtie Pasta

  1. To make the pesto, combine broccoli, garlic, walnuts, olive oil, salt-free seasoning, salt, lemon juice, lemon zest, and 1/4 cup cheese in a food processor. Process about 1 minute until smooth. Set aside.
  2. In a large skillet, over medium-high heat, add broccoli pesto and the undrained can of sliced artichoke hearts. Stir and cook 1 to 2 minutes to heat through.
  3. In a large bowl, combine hot cooked bowtie pasta, broccoli pesto mixture, and cherry tomatoes. Toss to mix well.
  4. Top each serving with remaining cheese.
  5. Makes 4 servings.
