  1. Spray a large skillet with nonstick cooking spray. Place the skillet over medium-high heat and add olive oil. When hot, add the garlic and onion and sauté for 1 to 2 minutes.
  2. Add carrots, green beans, tomatoes, kidney beans, pasta, water, onion powder, oregano, basil, and salt-free seasoning.
  3. Bring to a boil. Cover. Reduce heat to simmer and cook 10 minutes.
  4. Add spinach and cook 5 more minutes.
  5. Makes 4 servings.
