  1. In a large bowl combine ground beef, mushrooms, seasoned bread crumbs, Worcestershire sauce, onion, thyme, and salt-free seasoning. Mix well and shape into 4 burger patties.
  2. Spray a broiler rack with nonstick cooking spray. Place burger patties on the broiler rack and broil 5 to 6 inches from the heat source for 5 to 6 minutes on each side. (Or burgers may be cooked on the barbeque or in a skillet that has been sprayed with nonstick cooking spray.)
  3. Serve patties with hamburger buns and top with mayonnaise, tomatoes, red onion, and lettuce leaves. Add carrot sticks on the side.
  4. Makes 4 servings.
