Salmon With Honey Mustard Sauce

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F.
  2. Spray a medium-size baking dish with nonstick cooking spray. Place salmon fillets in the dish.
  3. In a small bowl combine olive oil, onions, mustard, vinegar, and honey. Mix well and pour over fillets.
  4. Bake uncovered 25 to 30 minutes or until salmon flakes easily with a fork. Top fillets with pepper and parsley and serve with hot rice.
  5. Makes 4 servings.
