Sirloin and Portobello Strips Over Pasta

  1. In a large bowl combine wine, soy sauce, onions, garlic, olive oil, oregano, and basil. Mix well.
  2. Add sirloin strips and mushroom strips. Mix well. Transfer to a large airtight ziplock plastic bag and marinate in the refrigerator for 20 minutes. Turn bag frequently.
  3. Spray a large skillet with nonstick cooking spray. Place the skillet over medium-high heat. Using a slotted spoon, add half of the beef/mushroom mixture. Cook 4 to 5 minutes or until meat is cooked through.
  4. Transfer to a plate. Set aside and keep warm. Cook remaining beef/mushroom mixture, then add both together in the skillet to heat through.
  5. Serve over hot pasta and top with fresh parsley.
  6. Makes 4 servings.
