  1. Spray a large saucepan with nonstick cooking spray. Place the saucepan over medium-high heat and add olive oil. When hot, add onion and pepper and sauté for 2 minutes.
  2. Add zucchini, corn, tomatoes, pinto beans, kidney beans, salsa, onion powder, and chili powder.
  3. Bring to a boil. Cover. Reduce heat to simmer and cook for 20 minutes.
  4. Top each serving with cheese.
  5. Makes 4 servings.
