Directions

  1. Preheat broiler.
  2. Spray a broiler pan rack with nonstick cooking spray. Set aside.
  3. Prepare Marinara Sauce recipe according to directions. Heat in saucepan and keep warm.
  4. Combine in a large bowl the ground beef, mushrooms, bread crumbs, Worcestershire sauce, onion, garlic powder, thyme, and salt-free seasoning. Mix well.
  5. Shape meat mixture into 16 small meatballs. Arrange meatballs on prepared broiler-pan rack. Broil 5 to 6 inches from the heat source for 6 to 8 minutes, or until meatballs are no longer pink in the center.
  6. Serve meatballs over hot pasta and top with hot marinara sauce. Sprinkle with parsley.
  7. Makes 4 servings.
