Spaghetti With Mushroom-tomato Sauce

  1. Spray a large skillet with nonstick cooking spray. Place the skillet over medium-high heat and add olive oil. When hot, add garlic and onion and sauté for 2 minutes.
  2. Add mushrooms and zucchini and sauté for 3 minutes.
  3. Add water to skillet. Cover and cook 3 to 4 minutes.
  4. Add the tomatoes, tomato paste, basil, oregano, and salt-free seasoning. Mix well.
  5. Reduce heat to simmer. Cover and cook for 10 minutes.
  6. Serve over hot cooked pasta and top with cheese.
  7. Makes 4 servings.
